Is Wellsential Health a non-profit partner?

How much does skilled nursing cost?

The cost of skilled nursing services with Wellsential Health depends on what you need for your specific healthcare journey. We have a designated team that’s available to help you navigate the financial admissions process and find a payment option that’s the right fit for you. Learn more about our financial options here.

Do I need prior authorization to be admitted to one of your skilled nursing centers?

We do have basic requirements for admission into any of our Wellsential Health facilities. This includes a clinical and financial screening process. Prior authorization may be needed if you or your loved one has a managed care plan. If you or your loved one has traditional Medicare or Medicaid, or are accessing private pay, a financial verification must be completed, and a clinical review will take place. The clinical review ensures that you or your loved one qualifies for skilled nursing and that all needs can be met in our care. You can learn more about our admissions process here.

What insurance do you accept?

At Wellsential Health, we accept Medicaid, Medicare, Managed Care, Private Insurance, Private Pay, and Veteran’s Administration Insurance; however, accepted plans vary by location. Please contact the office manager at your selected facility if you are unsure if your insurance will be accepted there. You can also learn more here.
